PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic capable of decreasing loss and heat generation at the time of being used under the condition of high frequency and high voltage or large current, having stable insulation resistance in AC load or DC load, capable of using a base material such as nickel without troubles as an internal electrode material and for constituting a dielectric ceramic layer of a laminated ceramic capacitor. SOLUTION: Each of the dielectric ceramic layers 2a, 2b is composed of a reduction resistant dielectric ceramic in which a perovskite structure is expressed by a formula, ABO3, a main crystal phase consists essentially of barium titanate and a crystallographic axis ratio c/a obtained by X-ray diffraction in the temp. range of >=25 deg.C is 1.000<=c/a<=1.003. The phase transition temp. of the reduction resistant dielectric ceramic is preferably <-25 deg.C and preferably contains rare earth elements. |
