PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a lighting state or a flashing state, and to eliminate consumption of a contact point by lighting a light emitter by electrically continuing an element by impressing voltage of an operating circuit on a switching element when a vibrating switch contact point is closed. SOLUTION: A semiconductor switching element by a transistor 9 is provided in a light emitting circuit for connecting a battery 1 to an LED 4 of a light emitter, and the transistor 9 is operated by an operating circuit composed of a vibrating switch contact point 7, a capacitor 10 and a resistance 11. That is, when the vibrating switch contact point 7 is electrically continued, voltage of the battery 1 passing through the capacitor 10 is impressed on a base of the transistor 9 via the resistance 11, and the transistor 9 is electrically continued to light the LED 4. Thus, even if the vibrating switch contact point 7 frequently contacts and separates by vibration, since voltage stored in the capacitor 10 is impressed on the base of the transistor 9, operating voltage does not become unstable, so that a stable lighting state can be realized. |
