PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inhibitor of the serine protease activity having excellent effects on improvement and prophylaxis of various kinds of diseases caused by a change in the activity of the serine protease, especially the serine protease related to a fibrinolytic system such as plasmin or a plasminogen activator, especially skin diseases, skin roughening of healthy persons, dry skin or the like. SOLUTION: This inhibitor of the serine protease activity is obtained by including one or more kinds selected from plants belonging to the family Rosaceae, especially the plants belonging to the genera Rosa, Rubus, Filipendula and Crataegus of the family Rosaceae as an active ingredient. |
