PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an elevated portion of a tray from getting into the inside by a method wherein when packages are vertically stacked one over another, a supporter is provided to bring the bottom portion of an upper package into contact with the upper side of a lower package. SOLUTION: A package 21, which is recessed to the inside from a side surface 3b of an elevated portion 3, is mounted. When being stacked one over another, a supporter 3d is formed at every mount surface 3a so that the bottom thereof comes into contact with the upper surface of the lower package 21. In the supporter 3d, the width of the portion 3 is partially reduced and a large number of semiconductor element storing package transporting trays 1, wherein the package 21 is mounted, are stacked. The package 21 mounted on a lower tray 1 is effectively prevented from getting into the inside of the elevated portion 3 of the upper tray 1 under the load of the stacked trays 1. One supporter is provided at a location obliquely opposed to each mount surface 3a. The supporter 3d, which is recessed from a side surface 3b to the inner side, is provided for the part 3. |
