PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion of an expansion guide in a honing tool having the expansion guide and preventing a decrease in machining efficiency and machining accuracy caused by the expansion guide. SOLUTION: A device main body 11 is eibtally provided with an up-and-down head 13, and a honing tool 15 is rotatably provided to the up-and-down head 13 via a main spindle 14. A tool guide body 23 is provided to the device main body 11 so as to be floatable in a desired direction which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the honing tool 15 and to be fixable. The honing tool 15 brings a part 25 to be positioned into engagement with the tool guide body 23 with floating fixed when having, so as to perform centering. A grinding tool 26 which faces a part relatively large in deformation, of a workpiece machining hole B and an expansion guide 27 which faces a part relatively small in deformation, of the workpiece machining hole B are provided to the peripheral side of the honing tool 15 so as to be increasable and reduceable in diameter.
