摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered molded article excellent in dimensional accuracy and cushioning properties and capable of easily separating and recovering respective layers while holding practical strength and to produce this molded article without damaging the skin thereof. SOLUTION: A multilayered molded article is constituted of a skin material (A) comprising a thermoplastic resin, a fabric (B) comprising a thermoplastic resin fiber or a natural fiber and a base material (C) comprising a thermoplastic resin and the thickness of the fabric (B) is 1-100 nm and the basis wt. thereof is 50-1,000 g/m2 and the peel strength of the skin material (A) from the fabric (B) or the peel strength of the fabric (B) from the base material (C) is 0.1-15 kg and the separation of the respective layers is made easy. The multilayered molded article is produced by arranging the skin material (A) and the fabric (B) in an infection mold to be fused and integrated by the injected molten resin for the base material (C) by using the gas in the mold and, further, the molten resin is allowed to penetrate in the interstices of the fabric (B) to a degree not allowing the molten resin to pierce the fabric (B) being in contact with the base material up to the opposite surface thereof to fuse the skin material (A) and the fabric (B).
