PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent displacement absorbing performance by a method wherein high vertical rigidity is ensured and a spring constant in the radial direction is softened though a need for combination use with other metallic washer is eliminated. SOLUTION: A plurality of sheet-form topping cords where topping of rubber is applied on a reinforcing cord and rubber sheets are alternately laminated to form a lamination reinforced rubber part 1. An upper flange and a lower flange are laminated on the topmost layer and the lowermost layer of the lamination reinforced rubber part 1. Upper and lower flanges 2 and 3 are formed integrally with the lamination reinforced rubber part through vulcanization adhesion.
