PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a work from generating warpage, even when many holes are punched on the same work. SOLUTION: A punch body 23 equipped with a punch tip 25 is movably mounted vertically on a vertically movable punch guide 17, and a straightening sleeve 7 with a punch guide mounted is provided. In a punching die 1 consisting of an upper die 3, on which a straightening plate 37 is movably vertically provided in this straightening sleeve 7 and a lower die on which a die sleeve 47 with a die 53 mounted is provided and a die lifter 59, whose top end has been abutted on the lower part of the die 53, is movably vertically provided, at least the one side of an upper stage difference H1 in level of the lower surface of the straightening plate and the lower surface of the punch guide or a lower stage difference H2 in level of the upper surface of the die and the upper surface of the die sleeve 47, is provided adjustably.
