PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the filter element replacement work and at the same time easily correspond with the increase of flow rate. SOLUTION: This device comprises a pipeline block in which a flow-in path 1 and a flow-out path 2 are formed, a housing main body 7 housing a filter element 45, a sliding mechanism 13 for supporting the housing main body in a movable manner in the direction of attachment/detachment of the main body to and from the block, and a fixing mechanism 14 for fixing the slide mechanism. In this case, a port 4 communicating with the flow-in path 1 and a port 5 communicating with the flow-out path 2 are formed in the installation face 3a of the pipeline block, a port 8 communicating with the upstream side of the filter element and a port 9 communicating with the downstream side are formed in the installation face of the housing main body, mutually corresponding ports 4, 8 and ports 5, 9 are connected to each other by sliding the housing main body toward the pipeline block by the sliding mechanism, which the installation face of the pipeline block and the installation face of the housing main body oppositely set each other, and the housing main body is fixed in the pipeline block by the fixing mechanism.
