PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacture cost by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: This bearing is an ultra-thin rolling bearing in which a ratio of a ball diameter dB and a pitch circle diameter PCD is made to 0.03 or less and is constituted by an outer member 1, an inner member 2 and a ball 3 interposed between both members 1, 2. A plurality of raceway surfaces 1c are provided on an inner periphery of the outer member 1. The inner member 2 is constituted by an annular member 2a and an engaging member 2b, engaged with an outer periphery of the annular member 2a, in which an axial space (t) is interposed between the annular member 2a and the engaging member 2b. Raceway surfaces 2c are provided on an outer periphery of the annular member 2a and the engaging member 2b respectively. An imparting of a preload is carried out by applying a pressure to the engaging member 2b and shrinking the axial space (t).
