PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bending steps of a seal member and facilitate the manufacture even if surface layer sheets are large or edge parts are long. SOLUTION: A fluid pressure-injected fit plate 11 is provided with a pair of surface layer sheets 12 and 13, and a cubic fabric 14 is provided inside the surface layer sheets 12 and 13. This cubic fabric 14 is comprised of textiles 15 and 16 and a plurality of unextendable threads 17 for connecting the textiles 15 and 16. A part to be sealed with a seal belt 19 is a planar part of the surface layer sheet 12, and this planar part is sealed with the seal belt 19 in a planar manner. The seal belt 19 is shaped like a belt, adhered to the surface layer sheets 12 and 13 along the edge parts thereof, and seal the whole edge parts of the surface layer sheets 12 and 13.
