PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure capable of preventing generation of an abnormal sound by rubbing even if a floor material including a sound insulating material in a thickness is used. SOLUTION: Opposed surface parts mutually opposed in the horizontal direction of adjacent two floor materials 20 are formed as a step surface 9 being a plane part and a protrusively pointed part 10B protruding in a pointed shape toward this step surface 9, and when a sound insulating material 2 included in a thickness of the floor materials 20 is elastically deformed by the action of a load W and a release of the action to a floor material 10, tip of the protrusively pointed part 10B is abraded by the first rubbing of the protrusively pointed part 10B to the step surface 9 to prevent generation of an abnormal sound by rubbing thereafter.
