PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a sealing layer, a coaching layer and a lining layer on wall and floor parts to uniformly coat even on a vertical face or an inclined face and operate easily in skill without giving minus effects to application properties other than the coating layer or the lining layer. SOLUTION: The sealing layer, the coaching layer and the lining layer on the wall and floor parts are formed using a two-component polyurethane elastomer by spray operation. The highly reactive polyurethane having 5-60 seconds working time is applied on the base material to be coated using a mixing/ spraying device by a high-pressure method.
