PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the healing state of a lesion while medical treatment for the bone is made by a simple means by measuring the healing state of the bone which is a lesion by a reflection signal with the same ultrasonic wave as that used in medical treatment at the time of diagnosing the medical treatment and healing of the bone. SOLUTION: At the time of medical treatment by a medial treatment and healing diagnosing apparatus, signals from a sine wave oscillator 1 and a rectangular wave oscillator 2 are multiplied by a multiplier 3 to form a ultrasonic wave signal, the signal is controlled to a designated level by an amplifier 4, and then given to a probe 6 through a gate circuit 5, and an irradiation ultrasonic wave 9 for medical treatment is applied to the fracture lesion 8. The reflected wave is detected by the probe 6, and the detection signal is input to a PC 13 trough an amplifier 11 and an A/D converter 12. The PC 13 inputs patient data from an operator 15 according to the signal, generates a probe driving voltage adjusting signal 20 according to the information of a medical treatment condition, further generates a medical treatment time setting signal 19 to be set in a timer 18, and displays necessary information on a monitor 14.
