PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simplification of construction, the reduction of the number of parts, cost down, the facilitation of the transportation of raising pots, and the simplification of arranging and lifting of the pots. SOLUTION: Soil is charged into a hopper 17 of a feeding and recovery apparatus 16 located on a central passage 48 of a green house 46, the soil is fed to a bucket conveyor 5 by a transferring belt 18, the bucket conveyor 5 lifts the fed soil, and the lifted soil is recycled by being dropped into the hopper 17. The soil which has been lifted by the bucket conveyor 5 is fed to a raising pot 2 which is on the way of transfer in the direction crossing the passage 48 with a transferring table 4. The soil-fed raising pot 2 is placed on one of the stages 47 placed on both the sides in the crossing direction of the passage 48. Subsequently, the hopper 17, the bucket conveyor 5 and the transferring table 4 are moved through the passage 48. By repeating the above operations, the raising pots 2 are placed on the stages 47 in the green house 46.
