PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify oil drain works by draining oil from a drain hole connected to a communication oil passage of a crank case cover with no interference therearound. SOLUTION: In this device, an outlet of a first pipe 55 through which oil is supplied from an oil tank 17 to an engine 21 is connected to an inlet of a communication oil passage 113 of a crank case cover 101. An outlet of the communication oil passage 113 is connected to a suction port of an oil pump within the engine 21. A drain hole 114 is connected to the portion in the middle of the communication oil passage 113.
