PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily assemble a packaging box of a specified octagonal shape which can be easily and correctly arranged. SOLUTION: In the packaging box, side panels 1, 1 to form a pair of side surfaces opposite to each other of a box body, end face panels 2, 2 to form a pair of end faces opposite to each other of the box body, and inclined panels 3, 3... to form inclined surfaces between the side surfaces and the end faces of the box body are successively continuous to each other in a specified order, and a bottom surface and an upper surface form a body part of octagonal shape. The packaging box comprises first bottom flaps 7, 7 which are extended from a lower sides of the side panels 1, 1 and cover a part of the bottom surface of the box body, and second bottom flaps 8, 8 which are extended from the lower sides of the end face panels 2, 2 and cover a part of the bottom surface of the box body. A connecting means to positionally regulate the side panels 1, 1, the end face panels 2 and the inclined panels 3, 3... at a specified angle, and connects the first bottom flaps 7, 7 to the second bottom flaps 8, 8 in an attachable/detachable manner is provided.
