PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bottle boxing operation to be carried out in a simple structure while positively preventing the bottle from dropping out. SOLUTION: This bottle boxing device is comprised of a bottle supplying mechanism 2 for supplying a plurality of bottles 1 lined up; a sleeve assembly 3 having a plurality of sleeves 3a collectively arranged in parallel; and a transferring mechanism for dropping the sleeve assembly 3, inserting the bottles 1 into each of the sleeves 3a, sliding the sleeve assembly 3 in a sleeve radial direction and transferring each of the bottles 1 into a paper box 4. A bottom surface flap 41a of the paper box 4 is pushed wide at its open side by guide members 71 and the bottles 1 held at the sleeve assembly 3 are inserted into the paper box 4 under this state.
