PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of sleeping compartments and to further make the sleeping compartments economical to users by constituting a sleeping compartment section so that the sleeping compartment parts may be changed from two layers to three layers. SOLUTION: In a sleeping compartment section 1, an upper stage passage 2 and a lower stage passage 3 are provided on a center line part so as to be overlapped in the vertical direction. An upper stage sleeping compartment 4, a middle stage sleeping compartment 5 and a lower stage sleeping compartment 6 are provided so as to be overlapped in the vertical direction on each of both sides of the upper stage passage 2 and the lower stage passage 3 across the upper stage passage 2 and the lower stage passage 3 and to be lower than each height of the upper stage passage 2 and the lower stage passage 3. Going in and out means 7, 8 for sliding doors leading to each of the upper stage sleeping compartment 4 and the lower stage sleeping compartment 6 from the upper stage passage 2 and the lower stage passage 3 are provided. A going in and out means 9 for leading to the middle sleeping compartment 5 from the lower stage passage 3 via an elevating/lowering means 10 is provided. The going in and out means 9 and the elevating/lowering means 10 are made a pivotally attaching type cover plate and a stair, respectively. As a result, because the sleeping compartment parts are changed from two layers to three layers, the number of sleeping compartments is increased. Therefore, an income of sleeping compartment manager is increased and expenditure of sleeping compartment users can be reduced.
