<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory storage method and storage parts, capable of efficiently carrying out inventory management with a small space, and of shortening lead time required by the delivery of products by storing the minimum amount of parts in a warehouse to manufacture ordered products. SOLUTION: The basic parts of the wire harnesses in a group A and a group B are article numbers A1 and B2 as an inventory and in addition thereto, process manuals explaining each manufacturing process to manufacture the wire harness of any given article number, and auxiliary parts of manufacturing kits 13a-13d to be assembled with the basic article numbers A1 and B2 are stored in a warehouse for assembling the harnesses of article numbers A2, A3, B1 and B3.</p> |
