PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To markedly improve flatness of a handled object, by effectively reducing conical protruded deformation in a suction part and recessed deformation between pads, in the case of sucking the handled object, deformable and thin. SOLUTION: This device has a pad main body 10 comprising an abacus counter-shaped deformation cylinder part 11 connecting diametrically spread/ contracted tapered parts 13, 14 by an internal diametric maximum part 15 and a pad part 12 connected to the deformation cylinder part 11 to be diametrically spread toward a sucker surface SO. A plate-shaped unit 16 formed with a peripheral air path 17 normally between an external peripheral edge and the internal diametric maximum part 15 and to close the peripheral air path 17 according to deformation of the deformation cylinder part 11 is arranged in the inside of the internal diametric maximum part 15. The plate-like body 16 has a small hole 19 in its center side.
