PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairband which is made from materials into which moisture does not sink, and can include and house all hanging hairs, and in addition, is easy to carry. SOLUTION: End parts on right and left sides of a hair housing member 1 comprising waterproof materials are overlapped by the depth of a housing bag 6, and the end part on one side is closed while the end part on the other side is left open, and an opening and closing member is mounted on the opening side. An elastic band 4 for shortening a lower opening part is mounted on a lower opening part of the hair housing member 1, and an elastic band 5 for shortening an upper part is mounted on an upper opening part. The headband comprising the above structures can include and house hairs without holding them.
