PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb and damp vibration of a fuel supplying pipe in a good condition so as to prevent generation of noise by forming a synthetic resin made fixing main body by protruding a plurality of a pair of fixing protrusions on a surface of a base part. SOLUTION: This holder 1 is composed of a fixing main body 8 formed by protruding a plurality of a pair of fixing protrusions 7 in which a piping recessed part 6 for mounting a fuel supplying pipe 3 is arranged, on a surface of a plate shaped base part 5. The holding tool 1 has a rigidity and hardness having a good holding performance for preventing the holder 1 from falling off by releasing the fuel supplying pipe 3 from the piping recessed part 6, and is a raw material having a soft elasticity capable of damping by absorbing vibration and noise. For satisfying this condition, the fixing main body 8 is formed of synthetic resin such as polyamide resin like POM. Hardness of those synthetic resin, an expansion coefficient, tensile strength are optimized by an evaluation of engine test and the like, and thereby, the fixing main body 8 having two conflicting functions is provided.
