PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fastening device capable of improving durability by fundamentally eliminating the electric corrosion of fixing bolts. SOLUTION: This rail fastening device 10 is provided with a sleeper 13 having a mounted rail 11, a rail presser member 14 where an abutting part 24 for abutting on a bottom part 11a of the rail is formed, fixing bolts 15 for fastening the rail to the sleeper by fixing the rail presser member on the sleeper. The fixing bolts are composed of bolts made of fiber reinforced synthetic resin wherein the strength of screw threads is enhanced by improving the peel strength between layers.
