Device delivering a controlled dose of liquid from a cartridge (6) has a piston in the cartridge connected to a manually activated dispenser (10) via an elongate piston rod (5). The rod has transversely extending teeth (11) arranged along it. A user operated dose setter (3, 10) moves the rod via a pinion (35) for engaging the teeth. The dose setter may be motor driven. The piston rod may be flexible. |
