PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fire-proof performance by providing an inorganic imitation stone layer on the surface, a synthetic resin frame layer on the inside, and a flame-retardant base plate on the back. SOLUTION: An inorganic pigment or the like is mixed with aggregate obtained by crushing natural stone and while cement binder to form an imitation stone layer like an upheaval. A synthetic resin frame layer 8 is formed like a backing alone the upheaval shape of the imitation stone layer 6. Accordingly, the back of a surface layer 10 formed by the imitation stone layer 6 and the synthetic resin frame layer 8 is recessed. On the other hand, an flame-retardant base plate 16 is integrated taking the back peripheral edge part of the back of the synthetic resin frame layer 8. The flame-retardant base plate formed by a slate plate is integrated to shield the back side of the surface layer part 10. The hollow part between the surface layer part 10 and the flame-retardant base plate 16 is filled with a support material 20 formed by flame-retardant material. Thus, high fire resisting and fire-proof effect and a favorable strength can be obtained from both of the surface and the back.
