PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced concrete plate being reinforced by plural truss-like reinforcements and not rotating the truss-like reinforcements even if these reinforcements are vibrated by a vibrator at manufacturing time and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: Two truss-like reinforcements (omnia reinforcements) 12, 13 are prepared, these are arranged in parallel to each other, and are arranged in a form (unillustrated) after connecting/fixing two round steel (3 mm in diameter) 14, 15 to respective lower end reinforcements 12b, 13b as a connecting tool by welding. Next, fiber reinforced concrete is poured into the form, and after vibrating the concrete for two minutes by a vibrator, the concrete is hardened, so that a fiber reinforced concrete plate of 1220 mm long, 610 mm wide and 23 mm thick dimension, is manufactured.
