PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure capable of always securing desired support strength and capable of arranging an installing position of a roof part close to a wall panel upper end surface of a lower floor living room. SOLUTION: In this roof structure, column materials 24, 24 are arranged in a corner part, and a roof part having a gradient is formed by installing a plate-like roof panel member in an upper part of living room units 25, 25 presenting an almost box shape by imparting a prescribed gradient. Horizontal plate-like metallic piece parts 50, 50 projecting to the side from the edge of metallic beam members 42, 42 juxtaposed in the almost horizontal direction are arranged on a bottom surface of the roof part, and an installing hole for inserting an installing bolt erected upward from a crown part of the column materials 24 is arranged in the horizontal plate-like metallic piece parts 50. Vertical reinforcing stiffeners 52, 52 are provided to integrally connect an edge vertical surface and the horizontal plate-like metallic piece parts 50.
