PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiowave absorption panel capable of making lightweight and corresponding to a broad band used for VHF/UHF. SOLUTION: In a radiowave absorption panel structure arranged in order of exterior non-structural member 4, absorber, dielectric body, reflector 5 and concrete 7, ferrite plates 2 having 15 mm-30 mm in width (A) and having 5 mm-10 mm in thickness (B) are used for the absorber, they are continuously arranged in the direction of the magnetic field in an arrival radiowave, and the electromagnetic direction is set at an interval having 35-55% of gap rate. A foam dielectric body 1 is placed to the interval part, the foam dielectric body 1 is placed between the ferrite plates 2 and reflector 5, and the reflector 5 is placed to the rear side of the foam dielectric body 1.
