PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a spacer and securely exhibit a waterproof function by detachably combining a fire-resistant metallic plate disposed at the frame body side of a building with a gasket body in which a rising piece connected to the end faces of mutual external facing materials adjacently positioned at the central part is provided. SOLUTION: After a metallic plate 14 is attached to furring strips 2 and fixed thereto with screws or the like, the flat end edge of a gasket body 15 is fitted between the turned-back pieces of the metallic plate 14. An external facing material 6 is hooked on a metal fitting 4 to attach it to a wall face. In such an execution structure of a gasket 13, rainwater or the like which intrudes from a joint 7 between mutual external facing materials 6, 6 and tends to go around to the rear side of the external facing materials is drained downward at a stroke not to accumulate in the external facing materials 6. Even when irregularities are formed at the rear face of the material 6, closely stuck state is retained to cut off rainwater not to go around to the rear side by means of a waterproof packing 16 such as a sponge or the like excellent in expandability.
