PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a beam-column connection section in which a column main reinforcement and a beam main reinforcement are crossed. SOLUTION: A spiral reinforcement 8 is entwined with either one or both of a column main reinforcement 4 and a beam main reinforcement 6 crossing in a beam-column connection section and reinforced thereby. The strength of a column central section surrounded by the column main reinforcement 4, to which shear force by an earthquake or the like is concentrated is increased, and shear strength is improved by installed one or a plurality of the spiral reinforcements 8 inside a hoop reinforcement 5 wound on the column main reinforcement 4 while being directed towards the horizontal direction of the beam main reinforcement.
