PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pull tab of a zipper of a water-proof boot from swinging and to freely adjust the size of the top line of the boot by tying one end of a thick bristled hook-and-loop fastener at an arbitrary position of the fastener main body and tying the other end at an arbitrary position of the fastener main body or fixing it at the upper edge of the body of the boot. SOLUTION: This water-proof boot has a fold-back part 14 for adjusting the size of the top line 13 and a zipper 15 on the body 12 of the boot main body 11. One end of a belt-shaped thick bristled hook-and-loop fastener 20 is inserted into a loop 17 fixed to the body 12 at a position along the upper edge of the body as a fold-back part, then folded back and tied at an arbitrary position on the fastener main body, the center part of the fastener. The other end of the fastener 20 is inserted into another loop 17 fixed to the body 12 at another position along the upper edge of the body as a fold-back part, then folded back and tied at an arbitrary position on the fastener main body. The pull tab of the zipper, located at the upper edge of the body 12, is pressed by the fastener 20 to be prevented from swinging, and the size of the top line is freely adjusted.
