PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit easy removal of the film from tunnel mulch. SOLUTION: A walking type tractor 11 is equipped, to the working area 14, with a film-cutting and reversing blade 17 that cuts the seizing film 7 being extended outward from the bottom edge of the tunnel mulch film 6 and covered with field soil, and reverses the seizing film 7 together with field soil covering the film 9, and is provided with a guide wheel 15 that stabilizes the actuation of the film-cutting and reversing blade 17 and the running motion of the machine body. The film-cutting and reversing blade 17 is a disk blade and one or two sets of blades 17 are attached onto one side or both sides of the working area 14.
