PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-tight collet with an angular hole in which an angular shaft portion of a shank is inserted. SOLUTION: Slotted grooves 23, 24 are parallelly formed ranging from the front end face 33a and rear end face 33b of this liquid-tight collet to the axial direction at a length such that the rear end face 33b and the front end face 33a are not reached. An annular fitting groove 36 is formed in a round hole 35 in the center of the collet, in which a shank 26 having an angular shaft portion 37 is inserted, so that a wood piece 34 having an angular hole 37, in which an angular shaft portion 26a is inserted, is fitted and fixed into the fitting groove 36.
