PURPOSE:To effectively utilize an electricity rates system by season and time band by telling a measuring time band in this electricity rates system. CONSTITUTION:A power distribution system 1 has a watthour meter 5 interposed between a commercial power source 2 and a consumer power line 3. The watthour meter 5 measures the consumed power of electric equipments 4a, 4b connected to the demander power line 3. The watthour meter 5 is formed of a clock device 51 and an oscillator 52. The clock device 51 is formed of a clock 511 capable of calibrating hour by radio waves and a processing device 512. The processing device 512 stores tables to which frequency different between measuring time bands of the rates by season and time band are assigned, judges the measuring time band from the time information from the processing device 512 in reference to the tables, and outputs a command S. This command S is given to the oscillator 52. The oscillator 52 transmits one frequency of determined frequencies f1-f3 on the basis of the command S from the processing device 512. |
