SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of vacuumizing vessel with melt for creating gas gap between melt and bottom of vessel with pressure inside it equal to atmospheric one; then drawing melt out of vessel through forming nozzle with use of seed at rate no more than 15 mm/s and realizing crystallization of melt by cooling it in zone arranged lower than nozzle plane by 3-4 mm. Gap value is equal to 1-1.5 mm. Melt is drawn vertically downwards. Produced aluminium belt has no pores, shrinkage blisters, air bubbles. Silicon belt has monocrystalline structure.
