METHOD OF PREPARING 10-(3-MORPHOLYLPROPIONYL)PHENOTHIAZINE-2-CARBAMIC ACID ETHYL ESTER HYDROCHLORIDE

SUBSTANCE: product, useful in treatment of cardiac infarctum, is prepared by interaction of 10- (3-chlorolpropionyl)phenothiazine-2-carbamic acid ethyl ester with morpholine to give free base, which is treated with hydrochloric acid to form hydrochloride. Method is distinguished by that free-base intermediate is crystallized directly from reaction mixture and filtered off before hydrochloric acid treatment. EFFECT: increased yield to 72,5 % and significantly simplified synthetic procedure.
