Said unit includes rocker arm mounted on axle of panel with possibility of rocking and has rollers and bracket spring-loaded relative to rocker arm. Extensible panel allows to increase size range of frames. Use of rocker arm provides uniform tension of wire due to elimination of jerks and due to maintaining predetermined pitch of wire winding.
