Input data unit, route execution monitoring unit, emergency order and switching unit, radio channel monitoring unit with timers and coordinate determination unit are also provided. Route execution monitoring unit is coupled by inlet with electric signaling device transmitters, and by outlets it is connected to emergency order switching unit and to input data unit.
