Frequency of signals of primary converter proportional to measured parameters of gas is continuously measured by method of related count in process of sequential change of conditions within the bounds of one examination. In this case number of pulses of measured frequency specifying length of interval of count of pulses of reference frequency is calculated by given mathematical formula. If permissible value of frequency of signal of primary converter in time between two measurements taken one after another is exceeded then programming unit stops measurement till rated value of parameter is restored or if outside instruction arrives and generates signal on measurement error. Maximum duration of one measurement is set by means of division ratio of frequency of reference generator by given formula. Then actual values of measured parameters computed by measured frequency and calibrations of primary converter and held in storage are fed into unit controlling operating conditions of well where values and measurement rates of these parameters are compared with preset boundary values. Start and finish of each condition are determined by three or more signals arriving one after another and data processing algorithm changes. Results of processing and measurements are entered into storage if their change exceeds specified boundary values in comparison with preceding recording. Results of measurement are fed together with signals on errors generated when results fall outside the limits into visualization unit from which information is read out under real time condition.
