The following signs are observed: retroperitoneal hematoma availability in kidney projection, its stress and generalization, lifted parietal peritoneum on the lateral parts of the peritoneal cavity or renal or splenic angle of the large intestine depending on the injured side, blood in the abdominal cavity which are used for diagnosing traumatic raptures of cortical renal layer.
