Device has rectangular waveguides, which are connected to magnetrons and are arranged into integral unit around material to be processed. Slot for passing material to be processed is located inside unit of rectangular waveguides along wider side of rectangular waveguide. Ends of rectangular waveguides are equipped with waveguide turns. Waveguide turns, which are located at input, are connected to protection devices in order to absorb excessive load. Waveguide turns, which are mounted at output, interact to magnetrons through coaxial waveguide junctions. EFFECT: increased protection against radiation, elimination of defects. 3 cl, 6 dwg
