The invention concerns the food industry. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of milk mixtures without side-effects to the system of the baby. Goat's milk consists of the following components (kg): goat's milk - 10-100, grits decoction - 100-10 and sugar (lactose, sucrose or fructose) compounding 3-6% of goat's milk and grits decoction mass. The grits decoction is made of rice, buckwheat, barleycorn or oat flakes or the mixture thereof. The composition of the decoction is as follows (kg): grits decoction 30-250, water 1,000. |
