PURPOSE: Manufacturing method of thermoplastic resin film is provided, which reduces the strain restraining deflection according to the horizontal part of film by stabilizing the flow of air inside a tenter and remedies the bowing of a film remarkably. CONSTITUTION: In a heat treatment apparatus which fixes the film from a tenter with heat, thermoplastic resin film (F) stretched vertically and horizontally is introduced into a heat treatment apparatus (A) and progressed along its center and heated by the air spouted out from a nozzle outlet (12) by a hot blast fan (11) of a nozzle (10) and an air suction apparatus (B), installed between a heat treatment apparatus (A) and a cooling apparatus (C), keeps the stability of an air current by blocking the high-temperature air transferred from the stage of thermal fixation to the stage of cooling and reduces the bowing of a film.
