PURPOSE: An optical element module is provided to allow an optical fiber and optical element to be optically coupled by an assembling work and a simplified adjustment of optical axis. CONSTITUTION: An optical element module comprises an optical fiber(130) for transmitting a light, an optical element(110) for receiving the light transmitted from the optical fiber or emitting a light and allowing the light to be transmitted through the optical fiber, and a lens member(120) installed between the optical fiber and the optical element and which focuses the incident light. The lens member includes a concave portion(123) arranged with a predetermined curvature at a center facing an end of the optical fiber and which transmits the incident light, a light transmitting portion(125) arranged at a side opposite to the optical element in such a manner as to correspond to the concave portion, and a first and second reflection portions(126,127) arranged outside of the concave portion and the light transmitting portion, respectively, and which reflect the incident light.
