PURPOSE: A bending apparatus for a corrugated steel plate and a method for using the same are provided to prevent strength from being reduced by forming a complete curvature by using corrugated rollers. CONSTITUTION: A bending apparatus for a corrugated steel plate includes a supporting frame(710); a feeding motor(712) installed on the supporting frame, a converting unit(714) converting rotary force of the feeding motor into horizontal transferring force; a feeding rod(716) horizontally transferred by the converting unit, a bottom frame(720) connected with the supporting frame; a pair of side frames(722) straightly installed at both sides of the bottom frame; a first corrugated roller(732) rotatably supported by both side frames and forming corrugation matching with corrugation formed in a steel plate(100); a first roller motor installed in one side frame for rotating the first corrugated roller, each pair of first, second, and third lifting cylinders(742,752,762) installed at both side frames in the lower part of the first corrugated roller; second, third, and fourth corrugated rollers(740,750,760) rotatably supported by first, second, and third lifting cylinders and each forming corrugation matching with the corrugation formed in the steel plate; and second, third, and fourth roller motors installed in each pair of first, second, and third lifting cylinders for rotating the second, third, and fourth corrugated rollers.
