PURPOSE: A floor board and its preparation method are provided, which floor board radiates far infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: The floor board is prepared by mixing 50-60 wt% of Al2O3 and 40-50 wt% of SiO2 to prepare ceramic material; mixing the ceramic material and hot-melt resin in the ratio of 1:1 by weight and pulverizing the mixture; coating the one face of releasing paper with an adhesive and coating it with the mixture powder uniformly; putting the releasing paper on a vaneer board and pressing it with the pressure of 8-12 kg/cm¬2 at the temperature of 90-110°C; coating the solidified coating layer with the adhesive consisting of urea resin and melamine resin in the ratio of 9:1 by weight and attaching the decoration wood thereon; pressing it with the pressure of 6-12 kg/cm¬2 at the temperature of 120-130°C; and coating the surface of the decoration wood with UV light. |
