PURPOSE: An electrochemical bio sensor test strip, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electrochemical bio sensor are provided to reduce the manufacturing costs since the test strip is formed with only two films without using a spacer, and improve the reliability of the detection since it is possible to form arbitrary electrodes having even surface by using chemically stable gold. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrochemical bio sensor test strip includes the steps of forming a groove on a first insulating substrate in width direction, forming two electrodes(52,54) on the insulating substrate in length direction by sputtering side by side, fixing a reagent making flow electric current corresponding the density of the material to be analyzed by reacting to the material on the groove of the first insulating substrate over the electrodes, joining a second insulating substrate on the first insulating substrate, wherein the groove of the first insulation substrate forms a capillary tube on the place where the reagent is fixed with the second insulating substrate.
