PURPOSE: A method is provided to eliminate the defect of causing an open circuit owing to melting of a soldering when penetrating a soldering jaw and to lower fabrication cost. CONSTITUTION: In a method for fabricating an ultra small-sized fuse, a structure is obtained by forcibly fitting a metallic lead-suspended fore edge iron into both ends of an ultra-sized tube. The fuse base structure is crushed into a plastic housing. A guide for a soluble matter is installed in the plastic housing. A fuse circuit is obtained by inserting and solidifying paste into the exterior of the fore edge iron.
