PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which can easily expedite simple fixing, such as positioning, temporary locking, etc. SOLUTION: This fixing device 1 comprises a shaft part 2, inserted in a fastening hole position aligned in first/second members A, B and a rod bar 6 inserted into this shaft part 2, the shaft part 2 is provided with a rod hole 5 formed so as to be inserted on an axial line and a cut part 4 formed so as to be divided along a plane including the axial line. The rod part 6 is provided with a tapered part 9 formed so as to be diametrically spread toward the side of a tip end C.
